Daryl Kimball and Stephen Rademaker Debate the CTBT

On May 13, CSIS' Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) hosted a live debate between Arms Control Association Executive Director Daryl Kimball and former State Department official Stephen Rademaker on U.S. ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). The debate was the third in an on-going series of live debates on nuclear weapons-related issues hosted by PONI.
